Those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer are lots of fun at the Central Park Zoo. This week’s assortment of fabulous animals features a very wet snow monkey, Hana, Zoey the snow leopard, Lobo the coati, one of the riot of colors poison dart frog, Biru the red panda, a white-naped crane, a bathing red bird of paradise, mousedeer, Chinstrap penguin and more. That amazing pink color behind the snow monkey photo is the sensational crepe myrtle trees that bloom through the late summer. Come visit!
The most bottom picture? One lucky bird, truly feathering her nest?
As always, a treat to open to your posts. Axel and Sofi celebrated their 7th birthday yesterday, can you believe? I will be out there with them 20-25 August.
They will be here Thanksgiving week. xoxo Helen

Thank you for brighting Sunday’s. Your pictures are so beautiful. I have really enjoyed your summer escapes to other Zoos. I am so jealous. Margaret
