We had about eight to 10 inches of snow fall in Central Park on Wednesday and Thursday. I LOVE snow days mostly because I do not have to shovel nor do I drive. It is a great opportunity to take photos of beautiful animals enjoying the cold weather. I admit that after four hours of picture taking I was very cold and a bit achy but it was all worth it. Enjoy these photos and come visit us at the zoo. You will need a timed ticket but it is worth it to make a plan. Stay safe, wash those hands and socially distance please. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you! It is heartening to see these friendly faces. I’ve missed them so! Judith, you lifted my spirits during a trying time. I’ll get there as soon as possible to visit. I hope Bedrock is well and that he reappears when I return. Stay safe and healthy. May peace, hope and good health be yours in 2021. 🌈🐻🐵🦆❤️

Being at CPZ with snow is heavenly as are your pictures! The Red Panda one is off-the-charts adorable. By the way, did you know why a girl kept her saxophone out in the snow? Because she wanted to play cool jazz. 🙂

LOL – another good one Mary. That title photo is Joanie, our new red panda.

Thank you, Judy, for a year of Sunday visits to the zoo. Here is wishing you a splendid coming year.

I am in touch with Carol who has her own studio now. She and Matt have a high spirited dog to train. The dog is a challenge but they seem game with that.

I hope that the coming year brings a visit from you.

I definitely plan to visit as soon as we can all travel safely. So glad that Carol and Matt are in your life. Kind of like you inherited them from me. Be well. See you as soon as I can
