I thought I would break up the usual animal themed Sunday photo montage with some delicious and gorgeous looking flowers and vegetables seen at the Union Square Green Market . I admit to not being a cook and I am a picky eater but I still love color, form and design.

Artichokes? Leeks, rhubarb, beets, eggplants?, dahlias … oh yes! I would eat it all!! (especially if someone made me a strawberry-rhubarb pie (I don’t cook either!!). How could you resist having Roberta in at least one shot? xoxo

Produce markets always call out for photographs and yours capture the colors and textures to be found there. I could even identify each subject by name!
