We headed south for a day trip to the Philadelphia Zoo this week. Other than the enormous crowds (who knew it would be crowded on a Tuesday)? – we had a fun visit. Many additions and upgrades were noted, including the repurposed polar bear exhibit which is now inhabited by penguins. Also we noticed many more bird habitats, tree top trails and food options. The Philadelphia Zoo is always a fun visit.
Great post 😄

I love the Philadelphia Zoo! I go about once a year with a good friend. We “met” Beau the baby giraffe last summer … nice to see him growing so well.

I love the overhead walk-ways … gives the cats a larger slice of life! What is the naked cat? Great pictures, I have to get there!
